To desist from unethical behavior (such as ....)
To desist from using unethical tactics to win business ()....
To desist from using unethical tactics after winning business (such as saying that the price was quoted wrong, that delivery charges are extra, )
To declare beforehand that delivery charges are extra and if you have missed to say it do not demand it. To share extra profits with either/both supplier and buyer where a windfall has been made by quoting a rate and finally procuring at an unexpected discount.
To clear dues if any with supplier timely basis, .... and to still pay it off however late.
To desist from supporting a buyer or a seller on the basis of community or religion. give preferential treatment to good people but do not give unfairly advantageous prices to one against another. make a fair playground and let the best man win. ....
